特點與使用范圍

振動喂料機用于破碎設備的連續、均勻喂料，并對物料進行粗篩分；采用雙質體激振器的結構特點，保證設備能承受大塊物料下落的沖擊，給料能力大。在生產流程中可以把塊狀、顆粒狀物料從儲料倉中均勻、定時、連續地給到受料裝置中去，從而防止受料裝置因進料不均而產生死機的現象，延長了設備使用壽命。給料機可分為鋼板結構和篦條結構，鋼板結構的給料機多用于砂石料生產線，將物料全部均勻送進破碎設備；篦條結構的給料機可對物料進行粗篩分，使系統在配置上更經濟合理，不僅有以上的優點，而且可將不需要進一級破碎的一部分細料直接送進二級破碎，從而較大程度提高一級破碎能力，提高整條生產線的產量。在破碎篩分中已作為必不可少的設備。

廣泛應用于冶金、煤礦、選礦、建材、硅酸鹽和化學工業中的碎石、篩分聯合設備中。

該產品具有振動平穩、工作可靠、無沖料現象、維護保養方便、壽命長等特點，采用封閉式結構機身，可防止粉塵污染。

Working principle:

The motor drive the two vibrators to make the feeder vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will move to the grating  slide to the crusher, the powder  the small rocks will fall off the grating  go to secondary crusher directly.
