錘式破碎機用于破碎各種中硬且磨蝕性弱的物料。其物料的抗壓強度不超過100MPa，含水率小于15%。被破碎物料為煤、鹽、白堊、石膏、磚瓦、石灰石，頁巖等。還用于破碎纖維結構、彈性和韌性較強的碎木頭、紙張或破碎石棉水泥的廢料 以 回收石棉纖維等等。 此外，錘式破碎機不僅可用于破碎生產線，制砂生產線，也可在選礦生產線中替代圓錐式破碎機。

我公司生產的PC系列錘破的主要工作部件為帶有錘子（又稱錘頭）的轉子。轉子由主軸、圓盤、銷軸和錘子組成。電動機帶動轉子在破碎腔內高速旋轉。物料自上部給料口給入機內，受高速運動的錘子的打擊、沖擊、剪切、研磨作用而粉碎。在轉子下部，設有篩板、粉碎物料中小于篩孔尺寸的粒級 通過篩板排出，大于篩孔尺寸的粗粒級 阻留在篩板上繼續受到錘子的打擊和研磨， 超后通過篩板排出機外

Hammer Crusher

Hammer Crusher is used for crushing mid hardness  weak wearing materials with compressive strength less than 100MPa  water percentage less than 15%. The crushed material is coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, tile, limestone, shale etc,  also it can be used to crush broken wood  papers with fiber structure, elastic  strong toughness  waste material of asbestos cement to recycling asbestos fibers etc. Besides, hammer crusher is  only used for stone crushing plant  sand making plant, but also used for replacing cone crusher in the mineral processing plant.

The main operation parts of our PC series hammer crusher is rotor with hammer (also called hammer head). The rotor is composed of main shaft, disk, pin shaft  hammer. Rotor driven by motor circles in a high speed in crushing chamber, the materials which feeded to the machine through feeding mouth are crushed, impacted, cut  grinded by high speed hammer. There is screen plate assembled to the lower side of rotor. The materials smaller than screen holes will be discharged through screen plate  bigger one will continue be impacted  grinded  finally discharged through screen plate.
